Our Process – Maintenance & Minor Works

We’ve made our process simple and efficient to get your job underway as quickly as possible.

1. Initial Contact
Give us a call and we’ll gather as much information as we can about your job. The more detail you can provide, the better we can assist.

2. Pricing Approach
From there, we’ll determine the best way to price the work:

• If the job is straightforward, we can often provide a rough estimate over the phone.
• If more accuracy is needed, we’ll arrange a site visit to assess the job properly before pricing.

3. Booking the Job
If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll schedule your job and allocate one of our technicians to attend at the next available time that suits you.

4. Job Completion & Safety Check
Once the work is complete, our technician will carry out a brief safety check of the property to ensure everything is up to standard and to identify any obvious risks you should be aware of.
